VISIT TO TARNOBRZEG

The visit to the Polish city of Tarnobrzeg was a complete success. Teachers and students met to enjoy all the lovely activities that the Polish team had organized for us. We also evaluated the work done within the two year project. Thanks to the Polish friends for hosting us and giving us such unforgettable experiences.

All project partners met in Taranto- Italy for the second meeting: Italian, Polish, Latvian, German, Turkish, Bulgarian and Basque. It was a great success!! We had time to present the work done by all the groups, evaluate the aims and activities, agree on next steps and of course taste the best of Italian culture. We visited the two Italian schools that take part in the project, tasted italian food, saw interesting and beautiful places, met friendly people, and the most important thing:shared all those incredible experiences among us. AN ENORMOUS THANKS to our Italian friends for making it possible!!!

VISIT TO GERNIKA

VISIT TO GERNIKA
Here we are in the old Assembly House of Gernika where the famous tree is placed. The tree of Gernika is an oak tree that symbolizes traditional freedoms for the Basque people. The lords of Biscay swore to respect the Biscayan liberties under it, and the modern president of the Basque Country swears his charge there. During our visit, each country was given some oak corns from the tree to plant in their schools.

VISIT TO THE BASQUE COUNTRY

The first meeting in Zeberio was a great experience for all of us. It gave us the chance to meet our partners, talk about the project and plan further activities and deadlines. Students and teachers from different European countries shared a lot of especial moments.
